Ein Team von TV Berlin fand unsere Arbeit so spannend, dass Sie einen Film für die Reihe SEHENSWERT gedreht haben. Lassen Sie sich entführen in die Welt der Maßschuhe. In einer knappen halben Stunde sehen Sie, wie wir unsere Schuhe bauen und können die schier unendlichen Möglichkeiten bestaunen, die einen Maßschuh so einzigartig machen.

Process of the Bespoke Shoe Production

PRELIMINARY TALK

We discuss your ideas, demands and wishes in a first one hour conversation.

TAKING MEASURES

Your feet are in the center of interest.

Selection

We are happy to help you designing and deciding about the best fitting model.

BUILDING THE LAST

We order the last and work it over to fit your measures.

Transparent Form Test

Auf diesem Leisten fertigen wir dann einen Probeschuh aus transparentem Kunststoff. Bei der ersten Anprobe wird die Passform kontrolliert. Außerdem wird zu diesem Zeitpunk endgültig über die Formgebung, den Schnitt und das Leder entschieden.

UPPER LEATHER

We create the patterns and build the shoe upper part.

PINCHING

WIth this step we'll connect the upper part of the shoe to the sole.

BUILDING THE BOTTOM

We use only high quality leather from Rendenbach for the soles. For more flexible soles however, we can also work with more flexible leather or rubber of highest quality.

FINISHING

The whole process takes up about 3 to 4 month with 3 to 4 appointments. We use selected colours and cremes for the finishing process to conserve the structure of the leather.

MATERIALS

We use only selected leather of high quality for upper part and sole.

NACHBESTELLUNG

Ist der Maßleisten vorhanden, kann die Geschäftsabwicklung übrigens z. B. so aussehen:
